Catelyn Hawkins is a saxophonist from Fort Worth, Texas. Her musical journey began at age 11 when she discovered her passion for guitar and the saxophone, igniting a lifelong devotion to music. She first pursued a degree in Music Education at Texas Christian University, where she explored a career path in teaching. Catelyn furthered her education by pursuing music performance at Indiana University, followed by a masters degree in saxophone performance at Arizona State University. During this time, she continued refining her skills and developed a versatile style that encompasses jazz, classical, and contemporary music. Catelyn now serves in Artist Relations at Yamaha, where she takes great pride in supporting the careers of some of the world's most talented musicians. 

Outside of her musical endeavors, Catelyn enjoys spending quality time with her partner, Noah, and their two cats, Remi and Tobi. An enthusiastic hobbyist, she embraces a range of interests that enrich her life and artistry. Catelyn remains devoted to her craft, inspiring those around her through her commitment to supporting the arts and ensuring that the joy of music resonates with future generations.
